We are very very blessed here at ToneCrafters, dope artists, songwriters, producers, the engineer is ok lol (ahem that’s me) and the musicians. Today the spotlight is on Live Out Loud Band. A six piece band, working pros who have working with notable artists such as Tobe Nwigwe, Oshun, Kurk Whalum, Marvin Sapp, Kyle Turner, Solange Knowles, Mario, Willie D, Jim Gilstrap, Shawn Macklemore, Scarface and now our very own Chans Thomas. 

Since the release of Chans’ debut single “Inductive Reasoning” the response has been beyond all our expectations, we are incredibly grateful. How we managed to acquire fans as far out as in Australia is both exciting and intriguing? All this success makes me very excited to tell you what i’m about to announce in this blog. From singing at a Stellar Gospel Award event at age 14 to finally releasing her debut EP on ToneCrafters, the long arduous journey for Chans Thomas proves her faith through years of patience, persistence and prayer and it all comes to an end this month.  Her first project is called ”The Cultured Christ” featuring the incredible Live Out Loud Band, and is almost upon us, at last!

I think it’s well worth the wait, craft like this takes time, however, Chans WILL completely disagree with me here lol!  Trust me, I get it, she has creative ideas in abundance and that is her burden...and what a cross to bear.  Artists like her are called to create and are often burdened with glorious purpose. To referee between logic and emotion, discern between sanity and vanity all the while crediting God for the reason for the hope as the quality of their artistry permeates.
